I love being a caregiver because I love helping people . I have worked with the public all of my life and enjoy talking to people about their life experiences. It interests me as well as making the client feel comfortable . I am patient and kind and always treat people the way I would like to be treated .

I start working with my great grandmother and I see the I start loving what I'm doing with out going to college because that is something that comes from your heart . I am very compassionate and empathetic. I have taken care of others for many years including family members suffering from dementia as well as other cognitive and physical disorders. I enjoy helping others obtain happiness and contentment while being able to live in a home setting. The best part of being a care giver is the personal reward. My proudest personal achievement is being a mom and nana.

I am also cery dedicated to my work with a great worth ethic. The reason I chose to become a caregiver is because I have a family history of nurses, caregivers, and CNAs, and because I have always been drawn to caring for those who are no longer able to care for themselves independently.
