Hello my name's Josh! I have 8+ years of experience in the healthcare and caregiving fields. I'm currently in nursing school as well.

I became a caregiver back in 2012 , when I started my freshman year in college . I always loved to help others an when I tried Home Health aid I fell in love with dong it . I love the fact that you have a great impact on someone's life to help assist with there daily living. It makes my day to know , I've helped them.

I love being a caregiver because I enjoy helping others I dont look at this as Just my job when I go home I feel like I actually did something productive for the day. I have been a caregiver off and on for 13 yrs and I love it!

What makes me a great caregiver is my friendly personality, being reliable and being very detailed.I also have 5 year experience, which includes a large range of people from conditions as physical and mental disabilities to bed bound patients to people who just want companionship. Everyone is different and I like to learn what they prefer and make them happy,I enjoy making people smile. I believe in strong communication with the family. I also adore all family pets!

Am a very happy person, so I always make sure my clients are happy. I joke around with them, and do funny dance. It's my way of showing them love and care, No matter how their situation is. Cause I believe it's a blessing to care for people who need help in anyways that you can, either with money or with love. since I don't have the money to do so, I chose to make a difference in peoples lives with the only thing I have a lot to give, which is LOVE. I enjoy seeing my clients being clean, happy and loved. My achievements was working with a lady who fell into depression following the death of her only remaining son, who had some type of rare cancer, but didn't think he was going to die,while she was also in the hospital recovering from hip replacement.I walked into her and her grandchildren's life Three weeks after the son's death. I was assigned to work with her to recuperate from her surgery, but I ended up being like a therapist to the family. And thanks be to God, her depression, was very well controlled with medication, and We became very good friends. So to me I think, that's was my greatest achievement And am always grateful and proud of that .

I enjoy helping people and making a difference in their life with everyday needs, companionship, I enjoy baking and cooking. I love planting gardens, sewing and crafts. I try to solve problems, using the computer and like to exercise or walking.

I have been state tested since graduating high school. I am a mother of 4 and a wife of 13 yrs. I love working with patients and their family. I am very well at leaving my personal life at the door and being able to enjoy my day at work. Caring for people is all I know how to do. I just have to be able to be a parent as well with schools being done at home so can't do the long shifts of working in a nursing home. I take as many extra learning as can to help enhance my certification . I'm very easy to get along with and as flexible as needed. I have worked in home health, hospitals, as well as Nursing homes. My patients happiness means a lot to me or how the family thinks of me so always try to do my best. I have always liked helping people which is why I chose this field right out of high school. I have always kept my certification in good standing I've had my certification since 2001 and still on state registry with no complaints ever on my care. Hopefully I will get a chance to work with your family and treat your loved one as one of my own.
