Hello, I am Hailey and I have about 3 years experience in caregiving currently! I became in love with being a caregiver when I started my first caregiver job at 19. The bond that was created between my past residents and I is something I will never be able to forget! I absolutely have adored everyone I have worked with as it is so special to me to hear about their lives, the things that bring them joy, the things they have been through, the good, the bad, the ugly I love to be a support system through it all. To me caregiving is more than just showing up for a paycheck. I've stayed in this line of work because I love every aspect of it. Being able to offer my help and assistance and make things easier on people is such a graceful feeling! Sitting with someone and listening to the stories of their life and just being a companion to those who need it. I become a caregiver 4months out of high school. My antuie need someone to help her. So I moved down to help her. The person I started to care for was my old babysitter. I was like wow this is amazing. I fall in love with being a caregiver. I love to see my client smile and feel good for the day. I have put my heart and soul in my job.
