I've done in-home care for over 15 years. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and have been for a little over 2 years now.

I am an outgoing person, I am passionate about many things in life. I became a CNA (certified Nurses Assistant) in 2015 after the passing of my mom in 2011. I truly enjoy taking care of others and helping them out in anyway that I can. I love learning about who my client/patient/resident was before and who they are now. I am 27 years old. I have 9 years of Caregiving and medication administration experience. I currently am working in an assisted living as a clinical specialist in infectious control of diseases and prevention. I have been caring for elderly, and people with disabilities since I was a little girl. My mom ran an adult family home, so I always had a bond with working with people. I have worked in skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living and Hospice. I am compassionate, organized, responsible, and reliable. I belong in this field because I want to improve the quality of life for the seniors and others in our community.

I have been in the heath field for 20 years. I am a very compassionate and patient 47 year old woman. I enjoy being a companion of a patient. I can help with housekeeping, groceries and walks. I am passionate about healthy cooking. As a personal trainer, I enjoy working with the elderly to maintain or improve their quality of life.

I bring over 25 years experience caring for seniors with compassion and focus on the whole person. Providing quality of life and working as a team member with the rest of the care team are some of my priorities. I am passionate about caring for seniors.

My primary concern as a caregiver is to make sure that my client is able to function at the best of their ability and to make sure that they are having the highest quality of life that they are able to have. I am not only there for my client but I am also there for the family (such as: to let them go grocery shopping, are just to be another set of ears at doctor appointments or for the family. After a few days with the client and the family I begin to consider them family. I have a great amount of nurturing and empathy, some say I care to much but I give 150% to my clients and families. I enjoy order and dispensing medication, relating to my clients, enjoy the pass and working on family history. I have no parents or grandparents so my clients kind of fill these roles. I have been a first responder, EMT, CPR Instructor, nurse's aide, and medication aide. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is having a D.N.S. that I work with for a long time trust me to teach new nurse's the medication routine and to be a charge nurse. As a personal care giver the highest praise I can be given is for my client to tell me I must be an angel and that they love me.

I enjoying being a care giver to get to know all my resident to learn somethings from them for the life they have been through all their life and that's a experience for me in the futur. To be honesty and respect responsibility and caring always in my heart that's what make me very proud for what I'm doing loving care to all my resident I have been working with.
