I love the interaction, the closeness and the level of respect I can give as an outsider. I have plenty of references. I am skilled with Medicare insurance and DME companies to get supplies so patients don't have to pay out of pocket so they can get what they need to stay home. I have worked with doctors and agencies to get care that is needed. My patients become family and I take care of them as such. I have worked with loved ones that have Alzheimer's, Dementia, ALS, and everything in between. I am very good at my job and I do very much take a lot of stress off the family members. I I am very good at my job and care deeply for the people I take care and treat them as I would my own. I have always made sure I am worth what I make. I not only can do the health aspect part of the job but I will also help around the house. I can take you or just run errands for you. My references will tell you what I do not. And if I can make their days better than my day is better!! My pay depends on hours and job. It is not set in stone. Also, I have had calls from people that have wasted my time. Hello! My name is Cynthia I am soon to be retired school teacher that has compassion and heart to help people, young or older. I have cared for my father and I currently care for my 94 year old aunt . I feel it a privilege to extend any service I can to help people (especially the elderly) for all they have done. There is special joy that fills my heart when I am able to help someone in need. My proudest moments were when I gave birth to my sons who are now grown. I really enjoyed being a parent. But especially love being a grandparent. I hope I can be of service to you.

I been with my Employer now for 8 years with hospice Organization. Easily to get along with. Willing to take care of your love ones like as if they were mines.

I am a loving and caring person and I love helping others. I love my job and what it allows me to do for others. I have been on the receiving end of having a loved one get very sick and bounce back and forth from nursing home to hospital so I know all too well not just the physical but the emotional strain that situations like these can have for people and family's. This is why I try my best to help the best I can in any situation. I choose to get into this line of work because unfortunately I had to see first hand with a loved one that not everyone is properly taken care of or even cared about in these situations and that is just awful and unfair. When my loved one passed away I vowed to make a difference, even if its just one person or a small few its better then none or just doing nothing.

I join Health Care services in 2005. Since then the experience acquired and wonderful people I've met has been a source of encouragement to me. They call me a wonderful Caregiver, and 'am blessed with this.

(2) Why did I become a caregiver: When i was in my early twenties I had got a job in activities in a Nursing Facility and realized this was my passion. Then became a Cna/ Gna. I enjoy caring for others. (3) What do I like about being a caregiver: I like being a caregiver because it makes me feel good to know that I'm having a positive impact caring for someone .

Caring, compassionate, kind, flexible, dependable, patient and experienced Being there providing help and support when needed the most brings joy and happiness in my heart. Being at the bed side holding a patient hand for comfort and companion is a honor Caregiving has changed my personality and the way I view life in general. I give quality care to my clients. I'm always on time, never late. Very reliable. Been a CNA for 26 yrs. Because we all belong to God, and he wanted me to take care of his people. I like being a caregiver because i'm helping others that need help that can't help themselves much anymore, and they need someone there to assist them with the things they can't do anymore like they used to. My personal acievement that i'm proud of is that i've been a CNA for 26 yrs helping others for a long time now. I'm very proud of that accomplishment.
