Im a mom so taking care of people comes naturally. Bringing a optimistic smile daily, I love to inspire and motivate people. I enjoy bringing independence to someone who's not willing to give up their independence. As a social worker I understand clients not wanting to be in a facility. Being able to help them do things to keep that independence like living at home is rewarding for me. I have previously been a in home caregiver to elderly client long term. We meal prepped for the week, cleaned house, getting dressed for the day, and even ran errands together including doctors appointment and grocery shopping. I would really love to build a repor with one or two new patients I could see regularly. It's not just a job when you love what you do. I love pets!! I have no problem with helping clients who have any pet.

I'm a mother of two amazing children. I'm a very patient and caring person who has a lot of experience assisting individuals with their daily routines. I first got into the field through my cousin who worked with mentally and physically challenged individuals of all ages when I was younger. I did that for many years and loved it. I then moved into early childhood education and worked for Headstart and a few daycare businesses. I started working specifically with seniors when my grandmother unfortunately became ill and I was one of her caregivers until she passed away. Since then I've worked in the field and have met a lot of incredible people. Sometimes I have to go from individual to individual depending on the company I'm working for and have always had good compliments and have always been requested back by them because of my outstanding job performance. My kids are getting older and I'm able to focus more on my career now.
