I love being a caregiver/CNA. I've been a CNA for over 25 years. It gives me alot of pleasure taking care of the elderly. I'm a very caring & compassionate person. The reason why I started becoming a caregiver was because my brother just got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I used to take care of him before he went into the nursing home. I'm very hard working & enjoy listening to my clients history, for example where they are from & what they used to do for a living. I would treat your loved one like I would my own with up most respect. I really enjoy getting to know my clients & I feel like they are part of my family. If I can make them smile & laugh then I know I'm doing my job because some of my clients don't have much family or friends & they get very lonely & depressed. My personal achievement is taking care of sick & elderly patients.

I am a dedicated and hardworker. I enjoy helping the ederly abd provising companionship. I have been in this field for over 15 years a d its what i enjoy. I enjoy helping and knowing what i do makes a person knowing that they have someone who cares. I am most proud of bein a mom.

My mom was sickly when I was growing up so I always helped her and knew that I had a passion for it! I love being able to help others and make sure they get the best possible experience! What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver? The ability to help others and provide them the assistance and care they need! What is a personal achievement you are proud of? Continuing my education.

I love being able to help people if i can make someone smile or better their day someway it makes me happy. I have cared for my grandmother for a long time now and always worry about her safety and wonder if she is in the right hands and i always look at it as what if it was my grandmother or a family member being taken care of i would want someone that is kind, heartwarming, takes there time when the person they are caring for because at the end of the day thats what i would expect for my loved ones. I am also a mother and its in my nature to care for others and put them above myself. I am also a hairstylist sl i guess I have always cared for others and want them to feel good about themselves. Also when I start something and get involved I am very dedicated I worl hard to achieve and do my best and listen to what families ask of me to do Im trustworthy and honest, that is how I was raised to be and to be respectful to othets and help others.

I've been a home healthcare aide for the last four years straight up to my clients recent passing. N I've worked the field in the past off n on. I love the outdoors, talking to people and listening to their stories of when they was younger, it's really interesting! I love taking care of people and helping people! When I help care for someone it makes me feel great about myself! I've done something good for someone! I first learned about home healthcare through my mother who also was a home health aide and she introduced me into the field and I loved it so much I continued on with the work! What I enjoy most being a caregiver is to spend time with my clients and getting to know them and getting to help them to do things they love to do or to be able to help them cope with anything that's bothering them. I love to keep my clients happy. The achievement I'm proud of is that once I take on a client I see them all the way through til I'm no longer needed. My last client I worked with I was with for four years until her recent passing. I do get attached even though they say your not supposed to but how can't anyone get attached to someone they cared for that long!! I care for my clients as they was my own family!! And that makes me proud of the job I do!!

I am a very fast learner, I enjoy doing different things with the people I take care of to widen their perspections. I got tired of working in a nursing home where residents felt as if they were caged 24/7 and limited to what they are able to do, so I widened my opportunities on where I can take my cna career and better my job opportunity. I enjoy the one on one interactions that I get with my residents and being able to learn my resident more so than I would in a different environment. I'm very proud of being able to push myself to work harder and achieve more and more everyday

I'm very caring with the individuals I take care of when they are having a bad I help them with turning their bad day into a good day I will do whatever it takes in my power to help them live a normal life with all the help I can bring to their home I'm always on time and very passionate when it comes to caring for others
