I am a senior nursing student at IUP, and I will be graduating in may. I am very compassionate and love the field of work I am in. I have experience with caring for the elderly, as I was a caregiver for my neighbor back in High School. Since I am a senior student I have completed all areas of nursing (I will be in Psychiatrics and community nursing this upcoming semester). I am stroke and CPR certified, and also have general and military background checks and clearances. Upon graduation I will be a Active Duty Nurse in the Army. I am very personable, a fun spirit, and I love helping other people.

Hello! My name is Edyn and I am originally from Altoona, PA. I am currently in my senior year of nursing school at IUP and will be graduating in December of 2020. I plan to become a Labor and Delivery nurse one day after graduation. I am very dedicated to this field and I believe I have a very warm heart. I am empathetic and can truly advocate for my client's health and well-being. I care for each of my clients as I would want my own family to be treated. I will show both you and your family that I am respectful, trustworthy, and honest. I decided to become a caregiver as I would like to get more of a foot in the door for my nursing career while building a relationship with my client. I am always available as a companion for your loved one and enjoy having different conversations and keeping spirits high. I have completed clinical rotations in Community/Home Health Nursing and feel as though I gained a lot of knowledge throughout the course that I will apply to the caregiver role.
