Hello Family, my name is Telus. I am 45 years old. I have an infinite amount of love for Nature, the Elderly and Dogs. I am a Libra so that means caring for others is an autonomous way of being. What I enjoy MOST about Caregiving; that it comes naturally and the difference it makes. I enjoy helping others. I also enjoy the arts, classical music, playing with my dogs, and painting. A personal achievement for me would be acquiring this job out of thousands of applicants.

The main reason I became a CNA to help my grandmother. Being raised by my grandmother, I want to do anything I could to help her as she has done for me until her passing. Since her death in 1977, I use my skills and experience helping other seniors. What I enjoy most about caring for seniors is knowing I have made a different in their lives. When I provide care to my clients, I'm providing care to myself, a very good friend, my grandmother, my mother, my grand father, because my clients are a part of my family. My greatest achievement in caring for my clients is when I can give them something that the doctor or medication cannot give and that's a sense that life doesn't have to be over. For example I have bought home clients from the hospital who was given two weeks to live, after caring for them they out live the two weeks by months and one lived almost a year longer than what the doctor had given. She was able to travel twice to her home state (from California to Ohio), driving herself to church, going out to lunch and dinner with friends. Those were the things she enjoyed doing before she became ill. Something about me, I received my C N A in high school (1976), I have three children two boys and one girl (decease). I also attended two colleges Long Beach City College in Long Beach, CA and Columbia MO online course. My major is Human Services. I'm currently working for a Home Care Agency who only take care of veterans.

I am a license CNA.with 24 yrs experience . years ago i took care of an elderly lady for a friend and my heart felt bad that she wasnt being care for so I gave her the best care i could and ever since then its what i have done . I like to spend time with the elderly they have wonderful heart and have the best wisdom ever. I have become family to some of my patients family and they are very happy that they choose me to care for their parents.

I've been a CNA & ERtech for 20+ years from hospitals, home-care,hospice to schools,no job is too small or large if there's a need I can fill or fit into. My mother was an RN that owned a large senior day care that I grew up in, in her twilight years I became her caregiver so I've been on both sides of the 'caregiver' role, I know how hard it is to find a good match and how important dependability, honesty and a compassionate heart is. I've remained in this role all these years because I genuinely love history and people to me are the ultimate living walking history especially seniors. I've won many awards but I'm most proud when I'm able to bring comfort or a smile to someone. I have many references letters and awards, can provide all at interviews my hourly rate is negotiable depending on hours, pay is negotiable.

I am a people person. I love to help people and put a smile on their face. What I enjoy most is spending time with my client and getting to know what they like and love to do. I have been a caregiver almost half of my life and I would not change a thing it is such a joy...

Good Day, My name is Crystal and I'm 46 yrs old. Before my father and grandmother passed 11 years ago I helped take care of both my father and grandmother. My father had a liver and kidney disease while my grandmother had dementia and CPOD. Taking care of both my father and grandmother was a blessing. I enjoy been able to make someone happy, feel loved and that they are cared for when they need it the most. Been able to care for your love ones so you have a peace of mind they are getting their everyday needs met in their home.
