I am very positive and upbeat, I am kind and caring, I am very passionate in what I do. There is nothing else I would rather be doing than helping someone else in need. That is where my heart is at. I`ve been in the caretaking field of work for 34 years and have no desire to stop anytime soon. I`ve always felt a call on my life to be a caregiver, my heart has never been drawn anywhere else, it's just that simple. I love what I do. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to help another person, no matter what level of care they require.

I am very personable, outgoing and patient. I became a in home caregiver because I love helping the elderly live more independently from the comfort of their own home. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to help seniors gain their confidence back. As a senior losing independence can be very frustrating and causes seniors to become very angry and in some cases lead to depression. Helping these seniors live comfortably from their home and making them comfortable at home while coping with losing their independence is very satisfying and my greatest achievement yet.

I have compassion for individuals that can't perform task or daily living activities,with the understanding that assistance is what they need to feel they are still in control of there independence,In my opinion, a caregiver job is one of the most important job in the world,I love what I do for a living and that's helping people live again in there on strength.

Caregiving is in my heart, I have been taking care of people for over 27 years and I love it. I have a heart for people. My greatest achivement professionally is the ability to understand people and to help people in need, to understand words that aren't spoken, I currently work for a Hospice company for the last 6 years being a CNA is one of my greatest gifts. Why I became a caregiver my best friend passed away from HIV and I wanted to take care of people like they took care of her. I'm also a CHPNA Certified Hospice Palliative Care Nursing Assistant 2018

I received my nursing assistant certification while in high school. I have been employed as a cna for over a year. I enjoy what I do and love new experiences.

I became certified in the late 90's to become more knowledgeable of the care that my quadriplegic father needed. I have worked in hospitals, nursing home and private care settings. I find home care to be the most rewarding. It is easier to care for and assist someone in an environment known to them. I find gratification in helping other, after all, is that not what the Bible instructs us to do.

Hello everyone, my name is Kim. I am originally from NC, which is where I have, so far, completed my education and skills. I have years of experience in patient care. I am a very compassionate and empathetic caregiver. I'm able to adapt well to different personalities. My strongest personality traits are my listening skills and my keen intuition. I became more interested in geriatrics when I became a medical assistant. I enjoyed emergency medicine but God gave me this incredible ability to love people, like I have known them my whole life. In particular, to give outstanding care to the ones who once took care of us. What I love most about being a caregiver is making people feel comfortable, respected, important and dignified. A personal achievement I am proud of and blessed to have, are my two sons. My oldest is 8 yrs old and is Autistic. It has been an incredible/beautiful journey watching him achieve little milestones we sometimes take for granted. My youngest son is 6 years old but acts like he is 35.
