Hello,I've been in the home health business for 25yrs. I'm comfortable and familiar with every aspect of care giving . I've never met a stranger a day in my life,I can get along with anyone. I'm a quick study and welcome learning something new everyday.

I believe what makes me a good caregiver. Is I have alot of patience, hard working, caring and down to earth. I decided to become a caregiver because I love helping others in need. I treat my clients as if they were apart of my family, which is with care and respect. Making my client laugh is my main goal. Laughter is good for the heart. It warmed my heart when a few clients I use to work with told me that they loved me for taking such good care of them. That reassured me that I achieved my goal taking care of them the best I can.

I'm very compassionate, loving, kind hearted,dependable, and trustworthy. I empathize with the needs of my patients and identify there needs quickly. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy taking care of people who need a little helping hand. I want to help others. It's a very rewarding job.

Since I was very young,I have always been a caring person, loved the Lord and continued to take my personality to different levels,I started nursing but raised my children instead but I became a nurses aide as well as a day care worker,I continued with nurses aide work in nursing homes,I did switch jobs quite a bit as I raised my children and often worked two but mum love has always been as a caretaker young and old,I have worked at a hospital and several nursing homes, done home health, and I am currently processing paperwork to continue nursing,

I thirst volunteered at safe care helping being a caregiver then when I turned 18 they decided to hire me I worked there for two years with six clients doing meal preparation, medication reminder exercises, outings and bathing. Then I moved to Whitney and started working with Divine Living assistance going to peoples houses and taking care of them also doing meal preparation , medication reminder, exercising, outings and bathing! I absolutely love what I do I love taking care of someone that can't take care of themselves and makes me feel good about myself and I feel like I'm giving back. I couldn't ask for a better life and I couldn't ask for a better job I'm very upbeat, kind, caring and funny.
