I have years of home health experience. Great people person, with patience, and some medical skills. Being a care giver is a easy occupation as i have been caring for my elderly mother for years now. It also keeps me ony toes as we know health changes from day to day. Having medical assistant background also makes this task a bit easier being that i have some medical training.

As a great caregiver I try to remain very positive all the time. I am an honest and trust worthy person Being patient, responsible, dependable and have great communication skills with my patients is at the most important to me. As a caregiver I am very empathetic towards my patients and compassionate, it is what establishes a great relationship with each patient. Understanding the patients needs and desires to be able to take care of them efficiently is at the most important to their family and myself. It is what makes work environment healthier and understanding for patient and healthcare worker. I became a caregiver to be able to help those who cant help themselves, to try and help them build the confidence some may have lost during some difficult moments they must have gone through if it may have been through some therapy, or a on going treatment they are still facing. Offer those encouraging words we all need to hear from time to time, show them some one cares if they have no one else to turn too. Being a caregiver gives me great feeling knowing that I have made a difference in someones life. When I see a patient has recovered more that 50 percent it gives me great joy to know I have made a difference in someones life. To have a patient to being speechless to even a good morning is a huge difference to me. Its what makes me want to go to work every day and know I will continue to make a difference in someones life.

I've been a caregiver for 16years. I am caring and companionate. I like to treat people with dignity and respect. I find great joy in helping others. I find it to be my passion and calling to help others and be of some confort to them.

I started caring for family (my grandmother) from there I found a passion is helping others who are in need of a caring hand. Helping others who need extra assistance to stay in their home makes me feel like I'm giving back to others. I have a great personality, good listener, I enjoy sharing my time with the elderly patients hearing them talk about the past . Ienjoy knowing that I have the ablity to help someone in need. What makes me a good caregiver is that im compassionate, empathetic and treat each of my patients/client with respect and overall dinity. Since i was 10 years old i mew i was going to tale care of people. I enjoy spending time with elderly and people that need my help.

I like working with the elderly people, I am polite and respectful and have a good sense of humor. I been a caregiver for over 17 years now. Hello, my name is Cheyenne and I have been a caregiver for going on 8 years. I have experience with in-home care, facility-care and hospital based care. Through Baptist and Methodist hospitals I am trained to properly care for clients that have dementia, alzheimers, schizophrenia, multiple disabilitating bone disorders and post-op care. To properly and safely care for your loved ones in their time of need, I am also CPR certified through the American Heart Association as well Stroke certified in the evnt of an emergency I can act fast. Through hospital experience I can verify when an abnormality is occuring with the client so I am able to act fast, as well as having training for changing, bathing, toileting assistance. No task is too big or small for me! Client care is priority as awell as their comfort and satisfaction.
