I am 48 years old. I was raised in a very strict Christian home and I hold on to those teachings. I am reliable, prompt and my specialty is working with older individuals. My mother was a geriatric nurse so I spent most of my time as a child sitting at work with my mother in nursing homes talking to the elderly people and getting them things they needed. So I am no stranger to caring for older people. I love it too! I am at my happiest when I can just sit with them and let them talk. They love to tell stories a and I love to listen! I am trustworthy. I will not take things that don't belong to me I have no history of that either. I don't get into trouble or cause problems. I would never hurt anyone. Never have either. I am honest and am more than happy to be placed on camera while working with anyone. I have nothing to hide so that does not concern me. I will care for anyone's family as if they were my own.

Caregiving is endlessly rewarding. It gives a purpose by providing a way to help others. I have 9 years of experience working in the caregiving field. I do what I love, and love what I do.

I am a student studying medical assisting and am experienced in care giving as well as being knowledgeable and having experience in caring and helping those who struggle with addiction. I am good with managing my time and keeping track of multiple tasks at one time. I can manage and dispense medication as written or directed as well. What attracted me to care giving is that I have a big heart and just want to help anyone and everyone that I possibly can. Making others life's just a bit more enjoyable and somewhat easier is something I personally enjoy being able to aide in.

Hello I'm Taylor Lira and I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant for almost 5 years. I really enjoy being able to care for others when they are in time of need. It's my passion to walk into a home, facility, or a building and know you are there to help someone that is no longer able to care for themselves. It's a great feeling knowing they have someone that cares for them just as if there were your own family. It's the 5 years I have worked as a caregiver my proudest achievement has been gaining more than just a patient with the homes I have gone into. I have grown to love each patient as if they were my grandmother/grandfather.

What attracted me to start as a caregiver is being abale to help others with whatever need they may need, I enjoy every bit of it because I know one day I'll be needing the same help and would like to have someone as good and supportive as me. I have been a certified nurse aide for 14 years now, and 13 of those years have been with the elderly. I have through out my career worked in restorative therapy for 2 years, I have worked with MHMR clients and with special needs people, but the elderly have always been my preference. My personal moto and belief is "do unto others as you want done unto you", I take that belief very seriously. I believe one day I will be in a position where I will need help and I hope I have someone like me to take care of me. I try to be empathetic and compassionate with a careful touch.

I became a caregiver because when I was younger my great grandmother was placed in a horrible nursing home. When she passed away I swore I would help the older generation to stay in their homes or woth loved ones and independent as much as possible.
