I am 43 years old. I live alone no pets. When I was kid my mom was a caregiver . I liked going with her to work . I loved the way she just made them happy and smile. And to just make sure they knew someone cared and would be there. That they still mattered no matter what. They looked forward to seeing her everyday as much as she did them. That is what made me want to do the same. Because sometimes they don't feel like anyone cares about them so they just give up and that is not a option. No one should have to feel that way in there last few years ,months, days or hours of there life. They should be able to go and know that someone really cared about them.

In my personal life, I am the mother of five and I have cared for both sets of grandparents until their passing. I am currently pursuing my RN degree. Professionally, I have an innate ability to meet the needs of the elderly or terminally ill. I have years of working knowledge in hospice care. I have a great deal of experience with cancer related issues. Many of my "patients" have suffered from dementia, incontinence, or mobility issues. I have years of references to share.
