I am really hardworking and can work with initiative. Once I get to know the resident I will anticipate their needs. I'll make sure to give them the care that they need. I've always like taking care of older people. I just have a soft spot for them. Being able to care for those who need me most. I've work to a memory care for older people for over 7 months. I didn't know that I could last that long but I did.
