I will work very hard for client to avoid any type of pressure ulcer/bedsore by frequent turning and re-positioning with the use of pillows and wedges for comfort and good circulation.. Treatment care to all wounds will be applied per doctors/family Will render all personal care, night calls to bathroom or bed changes. My duties include: All activities of daily living--no restrictions/no limitation; light housekeeping, I am organized and clean,, distribution and ordering of medicines; healthy meal preparation; able to puree and cut up as needed; will attend all doctor appointments on request and keep a written daily/weekly log on progress as well as any changes in clients condition to keep doctor and family well informed on request.. Able to run errands; grocery store, pharmacy, hair appointments, doctor appointments, etc.
