I am a 46 year old female. I am a mom of 2 grown young men whom I adore. I'm family oriented and absolutely love helping others. I get great satisfaction from doing so. I especially love being around the elderly as I always have felt a connection with them and their stories. I recently had to end my position with my patient as he had to be moved to a home. I miss him but I'm seeking employment in the same area and hope to find someone that needs my help. I'm a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump. I take very good care of myself and am on the volunteer research team at Yale new haven hospital. I have much knowledge about the disease and what to do in emergency situations and also help with nutritional aspects. I look forward to my next person to help.
