I'm a nurturing person by heart and truly love being a caregiver. What attracted me was the opportunity to help others in their daily lives, hoping to make them a little easier and better. I have been certified twice as a CNA and I'm currently certified as a PCA.

I have 5+ years experience working as a caregiver.I started caregiving for my grandmother when she got sick and never stopped caring for the elderly. Some of the duties that I have performed during my caregiving career are:Bed bath,feeding,checking vitals,giving medication,daily exercise,light housekeeping Hoyer lifting and running errands. For the last three years I have been with a wonderful lady who pass on her 102 birthday and her daughter who will be moving to an independent living on Oct 1. This is why I will be leaving here this house is to big for the both of us and there to many memories here which we both become sad at times. I enjoy working with people and most importantly enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoy taking care of elderly members and learned that I'm passionate about helping people and improving the daily lives of those in need of care. I am a current graduate from Western Connecticut State University where i obtained a double degree in Sociology and Communications. I was also part of the Western Connecticut State Football Team where i learned keen skills and the importance of having good morale, building camaraderie in the essence of a powerful team dynamic.
