My name is Nokwanda but I go mostly by my nickname Noks. I have 5+ years experience working as a caregiver.I started caregiving for my grandmother when she got sick and never stopped caring for the elderly. Some of the duties that I have performed during my caregiving career are:Bed bath,feeding,checking vitals,giving medication,daily exercise,light housekeeping Hoyer lifting and running errands. I am a hard working and dedicated woman.I am honest,respectful and reliable. What I love about being a caregiver is making a difference in my clients life,putting a smile on their faces and making sure they they a well taken care of. I have just completed taking a CNA class and my future goal is to be a Nurse.

I am a caregiver I have been taking care of the elderly for 6 in a half years. I love it I have a passion for it. And nothing is more rewarding then the one you take care smile at you. And they become my extended family I live it.

I love what I do in helping each client I've ever worked with. Taking care of sick people that needs my help gives me joy in my heart and it let me know they need people to work with them. 3. Everything i put my mind to, I achieve I'm really self motivated I don't like failing and that's the benefits for me. My biggest achievement I'm proud of is moving here in America. 4. I have a passion for putting others first. Seeing someone with an intellectual disability able to lead a happy, safe and fulfilling life is enough to make it all worthwhile. I'm a hard worker with a positive attitude. When I was seven years old, I always wanted to be a Nurse.

I'm a caring and compassionate caregiver. I've been assisting the elderly for over 20 years. I've worked in a private and professional settings caring for clients/patients with dementia, heart disease, Parkinson, pulmonary disease, stroke and more. I've assisted with basic companionship to total care which includes activities of daily living "ADL's" bathing, dressing, shaving, feeding, errands, meal prep, medication management etc. I love and enjoy my profession working with my clients. Most of all I enjoy the history lessons, music and classic movies. By the end of my shift, I aim to ensure that my clients are happier, healthier, safe and comfortable.
