About Elizabeth

I started caregiving when I was a little girl, about 6years old. My moms and dad ten children and took care of extended families and being the fourth born, I saw my mom getting up early in the morning to help us get ready for school and by the time we come home laundry was done dinner cooked and house cleaned etc etc. I told my mom I wanted to stay home and help her take care of my siblings. She didn't let me stay home but I woke up early and helped the best I could and helped her in the evenings when I came from school. To this minute I love to care love and cherish people and make people dignified in every situation. I love to see clients return to baseline before they were sick and even better. I took care of a male client at a time when the wife was not sick but the death of her husband she changed both physically and emotionally. I stayed with, and worked with her for seven years until she died last month, July 2014 I just completed Practical Nursing School and I am preparing to take my Boards I have been working as Nursing Assistant for 28 years
