I became a caregiver because of the genuine love and compassion I feel towards others. I like the special bond I create with my clients, the trustworthy friendship we develop with each other. I am proud of the fact that I went to school during summer break in order to become a CNA. Most young ones would've chose differently, so it means a lot to me the fact that I took that opportunity in order to work while furthering my education. I was a previous Home Health Aid with Hands from the Heart. I am now a Registrar at a hospital. I can honestly say that I love my job. It can be a lot of work, but the fact that I am helping and contributing to the well being of an individual is what makes all the hard work worth it.
