I became a Caregiver because I did not have the opportunity to care for my Grandmother who became ill and died shortly after. So I do care giving with a passion as though each individual is my relative. Also at the end of the shift to see the satisfaction and gratitude on the patients faces for a job well done. That gives me the drive to keep doing what I do so that I can bring smiles to faces on a day to day basis. There are times when it could be challenging but because I am there for them I have to make it work for both parties. My personal achievement is to be proud of is a job well done, Especially when family members make their compliments and seem very satisfied with the care that is given. I am a people person, dedicated, trustworthy and empathetic individual who takes pride in what I do. So the sky is the limit for me.
