About Carly

In the five years before my mother's passing of interstitial lung disease, I supported in her care needs and the heavy transitions that came about with the physical, mental and emotional changes through going through a terminal disease. I would also find myself intermittently caring for elderly loved ones of my friend's when they were occupied for a day. Caregiving became a role that was more a natural calling that fit to my innate strengths in empathy, listening, intuition, attention to detail and high presence. Holding space and support brings me joy and contentment-- and it were these above strengths I honed during my years caring for my mother which led to me starting my healing arts practice in 2017. I work as a certified healing practitioner in the healing arts with 2.5 years of experience in Reiki energy healing, one on one healing guidance support and therapeutic dance movement. I am not certified as CNA or HHA.
