What makes me a great caregiver is I love to care for the elderly and I truly love them for who they are and I go above and beyond to make sure that they are comfortable and well taken care of. I became a caregiver because I've seen and her of a lot of elderly abuse. I didn't like it so I became a caregiver for all the ones that I care for will always know that they are loved. I like being a caregiver because the elderly need someone who cares and love them no matter what that's me. I enjoyed being the one to give them that love back. My biggest achievement is that I had two clients with dementia / Alzheimer's and I always hesitated about taking care of these particular patient. I did a wonderful job with the help of God, patience and love and care. I learn that they are still people just like the rest of us they just need a little bit more attention and patience to care for but they are worth every minute.

Hi! I am a dependable and compassionate caregiver. I have been working in the industry for over 8 years. I pride myself on being able to quickly learn new skills and adapt to any situation. In the pass, I assisted clients with their activities of daily living needs, engaged in conversation, taken vital signs, meal preparation, medication reminder & maintaining a clean house hold. I try to connect with my clients, spending time with them, going for walks, & driving to shopping and appointments. Sometimes, I assist with laundry and housekeeping needs depending on what my clients ask for. My last job I worked for a Adult Daycare assisting clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia until I walked out on faith and decided to go into private care for myself. I'm experienced in caring for Alzheimer's and Dementia plus hospice clients. I have a clean background and I'm CPR certified in Birmingham Alabama. I would appreciate the opportunity to care for you or your love one.
