Hello My Name is Esly De Leon I am 40 years old and I am a Latina women I am bilingual, I speak English and Spanish, I am a mother of three children and I am hard worker, I have working with elderly from 14 years,I really love my job I love when I can help others.

It is my passion to help people especially the elderly. It is very fulfilling and a great accomplishment for me to care for them . Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.

I have four years of caregiving experience. I hold my CPR and First Aid license. I'm also fully vaccinated. I also have a lot of skills in the medical field.

I love working with the elderly because I feel like I'm making a difference in someone's life. Knowing I made someone's day better it's priceless. I also enjoy working with the elderly because I learn so much from them and their life experiences, making me become a better person each day.

I have been involved in working in the healthcare field for over the past 20 years now. I really enjoy taking care of my clients. I show them a lot of empathy and compassion. I like to do what I can to make my clients feel special. I always go the extra mile to keep them happy. What attracted me most about being a good caregiver? This gives me a lot of joy to take care of people. It makes me feel special in my heart to let them know that I am dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy. The three things that I enjoy about being a caregiver are 1. treating a person like a family member 2. I have developed a lot of good relationships with my clients and their family members. 3. I also love to help people through their disease process. One of my personal achievements that I am proud of is my children who I love very much. Also, I am also pleased to say that I received my first degree in Healthcare Management in 2018. I have a lot of great features under my belt which Include MA, CNA, Phlebotomist, and Home Health aide, Also I have a degree in Business Administration. I still have great compassion in my heart to provide care for clients.

Here is why you should hire me I worked for oak valley hospital and care center as a CNA CNAII/RNA for 10 years. CNAII I had to be orientated trained to each department of the hospital...Med Surge,ER ,ICU ,Neonatal , Respiratory, also hours of classroom. Education for each department. RNA is a Restoritive nurse I have been trained in physical therapy occupational therapy speech therapy In one of the wings I worked in. Activities assistant has given me the knowledge of what stimulation and how powerful it can be and healing. I have also been trained in massage therapy at one home I was able to educate myself with homeopathic therapy I have a capability to adapt to each client..I also have years of experience with Hospice care.
