I have been a CNA and went to school for medical training in Respiratory Therapy, xray technician and Heath Science. I have a vast understanding of medical terminology and procedures. I can assist with medical appointments. Most of my clients have some type of memory loss in different stages. I am a mother of one adult child and proud grandmother of a 2 ( 1 just born this year 2024) one grandson who is in college. I have done private catering and I enjoy cooking and juicing fruits and vegetables. I do private over night care and hospice separately from Carelinx. I am very patient and compassionate. Am a loving person with lots of rooms to learn something new everyday. I have experience in hospital,hospice,nursing homes and homecare setting. Am license in state of colorado with certification in nurse aide and BLS/CPR. I have knowledge of proper care, feeding, wound care, grooming and catheter care. Am a very reliable person who create positive environment and good atmosphere for patient, family member and my coworkers. I have about 13 years experience as a certified nurse aide and also have experience in housekeeping to provide help and encouragement to those who are physically disabled in other to make them feel at home and loved at all time. Am able to work with or without supervision. I am experienced in computer chatting and understand medical terminology. Monitoring patients and providing all kind of activity of daily living are my major task as a certified nurse aide. I Have good experience in most kinds of restraint monitoring and the relief period, Alzheimer, Dementia, Parkinson, sitting with group or one on one patient are also something am very good at.

The main reason I became a caregiver was to help my father while he was sick with cancer. I wanted to be there for him during his last days of life. I like the fact that I am helping someone feel better and get through rough times. My personal achievement in my life was to make my father proud and succeed in my career. I am an honest down to earth person, I take pride in everything that I do and I also stand behind everything that I say. I graduated BSN in the Philippines. that's why I can say i love being a caregiver enjoy caring with sick people , elderly,growing up I spend a lot of time with my grandparents and get to take care of them when their sick. my personal achievement that i can say i'm proud of is when I graduated from college.

My interests and work background are broad and varied (e.g., ministry, teaching, respite care, sports coach and umpire/referee, home remodeling/ repair, reading, crossword puzzles, hiking, camping, all sports, movies).
