I have over 3 years experience working with the elderly and over 6 years working with persons with Disabilities. I am cpr/ first aid certified, availiable Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm, experience with personal care, meal prep, medication reminding, lite housekeeping, running errands and loving companionship.

I enjoy being a caregiver for many reasons but most importantly being around many different types of people you get to learn a lot. I love to hear story's from the family or person I'm caring for . I'm very hands on and love to help . I understand that everyday is different and everyone is different the care is never the same. In order to be a great caregiver you have to love what you do . What attracted me to caregiving is my grandmother she's older I take care of her. That's been a passion of mines since I was in high school. What i like the most about caregiving is the ability to treat those as I would want myself to be treated in time of need. I find that with compassion, good listening skills and trying to understand and empathize with my clients not only does my client feel loved but learn that they can work towards a goal, increase their independance or have one that will help meet my clients needs . I find it extremely rewarding personally and always find new friends and family along this path.
