What helps me be a great caregiver is I put all my force into the person I'm caring for to make sure their comfortable. What I enjoy most about being able to be a caregiver is putting a smile on someone's fast and knowing that my job is a blessing for those in need of extra help in their every day lives. Hello, My name is Jessica and I've been an LPN for 4 almost 5years. What made me become a nurse, is when my grandmother had a stroke which caused her to walk and talk all over again. I gained interest in learning how to make the recovery possible and would help her with bathing and other needs that I could assist with. From that point, my mind was set into becoming a nursing once I grew up and finished school. I made that possible in 2013, after graduating I've been working with geriatrics since I've become a nurse. I love working with the elderly, and helping those in need of regaining their physical abilities. My most honorable achievement is becoming a successful nurse and a mother of 3 handsome boys, which is my world. I am in process of going back to school to gain my Associates in RN.

I cared for my mother for over 10 years until she recently passed away of natural causes. I have nutritional knowledge for the elderly and know how important excerice is. But most of all I know how important it is to have some one who you can trust that will care for your fragile loved one. Giving love and companionship is a very important part of caring for those who depend on others to do the things they have lost the ability do do for themselves.
