Since I was a child I liked to help and serve people who could not fend for themselves and through this profession I do what I like to do that is to serve and help people with their physical needs or disabilities and getting paid to do that. I like this work for my personal satisfaction that gives me to see many people that I can help and serve and contribute to their welfare. I am proud to have my nursing assistant license allows me to work in what I like to do. I'm still studying. And finish the course of LPN and I am preparing for the state exam. I've always wanted to be in a position to help people. I started out as a caregiver. I did car giving for 8 years before becoming a youth counselor. After being a youth counselor for 4 years, I got my Master's in Education and I have been teaching now for 14 years.

Im a great healthcare provider I'm compassionate always on time and a hard worker and really enjoy helping other. I have 11 yrs experience in healthcare and 3 1/2 yrs As a CNA. I think if we as the caregiver or CNA's are more understanding to the patient or resident everything will go much better.
