I became a caregiver completely by accident because a lady I knew needed someone to care for her Mom and I was available. I realized that I was very good at it. I love helping people that cannot help themselves. I helped a lady that had PSP, a form of Parkinsons, that was the first time that I had fed, clothed, bathed and changed underwear on an adult. Helping her was so absolutely rewarding. I made her's and her daughter's life a lot easier. I am a CNA, 57 years of age, 2 adult daughters, 2 grandchildren.
