I am very loving of others around me . I love helping others with ANYTHING. I've been learning and doing home care with my grandmother from the age of 9 until she recently passed 2 years ago. I'm most happy when I'm able to help those in need. A personal achievement for me is graduating high school at the early age of 16.

I have 20 years of experience in the medical/nursing field. I've worked in nursing homes, hospitals, and agencies and have found that in home care is the field best suited for me. I tend to be drawn toward Alzheimer/dementia patients as I'm learning my approach in care, they tend to respond to me best. I have worked with several families and helped to restore certain independence to patients with walking, dressing, feeding themselves. I ran a restorative therapy program for over two years in a nursing facility before deciding to take a home care position with an agency.

I enjoy taking care of elderly family members and would like to help others in this way.

I'm a caring person that will help others people that in need with respect and treat them well. My attraction as a caregiver is like I just enjoy helping others. I enjoy great conversation with them and happy when I saw them happy. I'm proud when my clients request and told my agency how I' ve being doing my job well with respect. I also proud when I went to work with clients and done all of my duties before I left the clients place and don't leave nothing behind for other caregiver to do.

Hello, My name is Christan Chin. One of my strongest personality traits is my care and compassion for others. From 4 years old, my grandfather always expresses to me that I have always been catering and helpful. I have been working as a Dietary Aide for four years, I have been at multiple locations. I help residents with their dietary measures and I carry out several task that involve care, daily. I love seeing the bright smile on my residents face after I have carefully assisted them. This job position really allows me to execute my positive attributes. I love all of my residents and I tend to think of them when I am not working. That's how I know that I am developing relationships with every heart I pour into, vice versus. Furthermore, I currently am enrolled at IUPUI and I am studying epidemiology, which is the study of disease. My aspiration is to be an epidemiologist working in health departments analyzing diseases and it components. Through all of this, I still find time to love my residents and make their day brighter.
