Hey I'm sharmain family call me Tootie. I'm 34 years old. I've been in the CNA field since 2008. Soon as I graduated high school I got my Medical Assistant Diploma and been in the field since. I've stepped a way to find other careers I like as I'm doing hair cooking and working with electronics. I'm not much of a talker but when I do I can make a full room laugh I love to be goofy I do have 3 boys witch my oldest two days ago walked into adult hood. I love sports and love to cook and do art work.

My name is Lucinda (Cindy). I worked in care homes taking care of elderly residents for 27 years. I also worked at a hospital as a CNA for four years. And I recently worked as a DSP in a group home setting for special needs clients. Unfortunately I had to quit because the schedule no longer was working for me. I enjoy helping and caring for people. It is something I have done most of my life.

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others.Am enjoying taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I love older adults and feel you can get along well with a variety of elders.

I am a caregiver because it is something I have found to unexpectedly be meant to do in life. I have an understanding of what it is for a family to endure this stage in a loved ones life and I am here not sure because it's my job but because I can make this time less stressful. I want only for a family to be able to take in these moments because it's important. I view my pay as compensation for my time. I cook and I clean and I communicate. I am detail oriented and open minded to every families individuality. I am always going to be coming up with things to do and am naturally creative. I have experience with dementia patient care and all that that comes along with it. I am capable of transfers and know how to utilize a gait belt. I can assist with bathing toileting medication reminders laundry running errands following diet restrictions in meal prep health monitoring following a care plan and communication with doctor patient and family members if requested. I am a solid emotional support base and stable companion. I genuinely care for people. I practice strict covid quarantine precautions to keep my patients safe and am on the list for a vaccine during stage two. Hello my name is Alanna. I have been a caregiver for 7 years. I have been liscenced for 5. When I was 16 my mom was in a head in collision and broke both of her femer bones. I finished my high school online and became her primary caregiver. After caring for her I realized I had discovered my calling and became a Certified Nurses Aide and later a Certified Medication Aide. One of my greatest joys in being a caregiver is knowing that at the end of my day I've made a difference in someone's day and helped them at a very important time in their life.

I love the out doors along with hunting, fishing. I love helping people in alway given way or form. I love getting to know new residents and becoming close to them. I am currently signed up to take my medical assistant so I can pass medications.

I've been married for 46 years. I have 2 sons and 6 grandchildren. I helped care for my Mom with Alzheimer's. I worked for 6 years at Garden Villas of Lenexa as the bookkeeper but I was involved with the senior residents on a daily basis. Did daily safety checks, medicine reminders and was involved with them doing fun activities. I have my own car and I am very honest and dependable. I love children and animals and would enjoy taking care of them also.
