I became a certified nursing assistant in May of 2000. I have worked in many specialties in the healthcare field which consists of med-surg, telemetry,Icu,Brain and Injury, Rehab and Pacu. I also worked in Hospice, and home health for 15 years. I am currently working towards Nursing degree.

I have been a caregiver 40 years. Always had a good repore with elderly growing up. Being there to help a loved one played a major roll in my job. I've worked in Assisted living facilities, Nursing homes and absolutely love it. I've used machinery like hoyer lifts, and other things. I'd prefer to stay away from that and heavy lifting. The reason I become a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of the elderly, sick, and handicapped. I have a background where I took care of my Grandfather for two good years, when he fell and became hemipledgic. I have loved taking care of Seniors ever since. 1993.
