I've been a CNA for 4.5 years and a caregiver for about 2 years. I did care for an elderly lady prior to being certified as a nursing assistant. I've done all activities such as bathing, eating, mobility, dressing, making beds, taking vital signs, etc

Paul Both is so kind, passionate and professional caretaker or giver with Christian rich background knowledge and expertise about how to work and care with Alhzeimer patient. Duties: Scheduling, administration of Medications, appointments and outings in the community. Why I do this job: I have a great passion for suffering people and I have great love to help people from their suffering they might experience because I have been in a great suffering myself when I was in a refugee camps many years ago. I believe I am a great caregiver because I love people, family, Community, and I care deeply for people or about God's people, because I always reminded myself about where I come from and I normally put myself in people's shoes too. Also, I have been working as a nurse assistant, social worker, Missionary, and teacher for many years and I am still doing it currently. I am also a family man and beloved uncle everwhere I go. More importantly, I have the great love, and respect for God and his beloved Son, Jesus Christ and God's people. Above all, making someone day happy and making people smile is my chief goal and my top priority.

I have worked in a caregiver role as a Social Worker for the elderly for 27+ years. I have previous experience as a caregiver in a home environment as well as in an adult foster care and assisted living setting. I worked in the emergency room of a hospital for 5+ years as an aide. I worked as an EMT for 15+ years for 3 different ambulance services. So, quite extensive experience working with people.

I'm kind, have empathy and patience. I started out by taking care of my mother. I enjoy adding joy to someone's day. I took care of a couple in their home and was able to fulfill their wishes of staying in their home together until they passed.

I love this job because I love to take care of elderly people and I have been doing it for a long time. These people are very amazing with great experience and I treat them with dignity and respect . I am a person with passion and I take my job seriously to assist my clients with their daily needs. I also play a major roll when it comes to team work . I always go to work on time and i make sure to complete my duties before my shift ends.
