I believe that my training, past work experience and my dedication and compassion toward caring for my patients makes me a good candidate for employment with each family throughout my cna and healthcare training I have maintained high levels of academic achievements. I have great experience in working with patients I have assisted patients with their various daily living needs and activities, homemaking chores, sterilization of medical equipment and assisted them with post-operative instructions and ect. I have the skills to work with convalesces and I understand the needs of the patients. I have compassion for the elderly and the ability to communicate well with them im a self motivated person and I pride myself on my ability to motivated others I have worked leadership positions which help me to learn to be a good follower. I love being a caregiver because I love to help people and its something I always wanted to do. Something I like about being a caregiver is that you get to help a person and sometimes save a life. My personal achievement I'm proud of is graduating and becoming a cna. I am 20 years old and I plan on becoming a rn every since I was little this was my dream.

What makes me a great caregiver is that i have heart some may say too much but when i care for someone i treat them ad if they belonged to my family. Taking care of my mom doing her illness made me want to be a caregiver , nursing wass always a choice of mines. Taking care of the resident and listening to them and their life stories. I became caregiver because I love taking care of people and since I was small I've look forward to summer break to be able to go to my mothers oldest sister house so I could go with her to help take care of any of her charges.

I have been a CNA or caregiver for 13 years..I wanted to become a care giver because my mom was one and when I was little I used to be around clients of hers..that were so sweet and kind and that looked up to her...and it was sad they had no one to depend on..so I wanted to be that way for someone..be there for them when they have no one else to depend on..everybody needs someone..so I wanted to be that someone..I like helping people do things that they can't normally do or be that ear or shoulder when they need me

I am a caring loving female,who loves to care for the elderly,I just feel they spent they life caring and dedicated to helping others and now it's time for them to be cared for, and I goes out and beyond to make sure they feel love,and respected.
