Hello! Hope all is well! I'am a very well grounded person, hardworking and dedicated. I'm a very optimistic person with a lot of enthusiasm, laid back and open to changes as well as learning and listening. I've always enjoyed helping people and it's fulfilling to my soul to no I'm making a difference in someone life that appreciate and needs assistance. Medical Careers run in my family tree so naturally I have gravitated into the field as well. I enjoy making my patients comfortable and being able to feel like I'm serving a purpose and making a difference in people who need a xtra set of hands to continue there journey of life. I've been most proud and found of my 7 year experience and journey and experience in the field of Care given it have given me stability and strength and courage so I'am honored to provide the best care for my future clients.

The main reason I became a CNA to help my grandmother. Being raised by my grandmother, I want to do anything I could to help her as she has done for me until her passing. Since her death in 1977, I use my skills and experience helping other seniors. What I enjoy most about caring for seniors is knowing I have made a different in their lives. When I provide care to my clients, I'm providing care to myself, a very good friend, my grandmother, my mother, my grand father, because my clients are a part of my family. My greatest achievement in caring for my clients is when I can give them something that the doctor or medication cannot give and that's a sense that life doesn't have to be over. For example I have bought home clients from the hospital who was given two weeks to live, after caring for them they out live the two weeks by months and one lived almost a year longer than what the doctor had given. She was able to travel twice to her home state (from California to Ohio), driving herself to church, going out to lunch and dinner with friends. Those were the things she enjoyed doing before she became ill. Something about me, I received my C N A in high school (1976), I have three children two boys and one girl (decease). I also attended two colleges Long Beach City College in Long Beach, CA and Columbia MO online course. My major is Human Services. I'm currently working for a Home Care Agency who only take care of veterans.

Life is much more fulfilling when shared with special people...Whether sharing great memories during an afternoon snack or enjoying a relaxing massage the mission is always the same, enjoying the day your way!

I'm very observant, a people's person who doesn't meet a stranger , strive to give my best to my residents . Caregiving has always been my call on earth .I have done caregiving on and off for 10 years. I love the feeling to know the elderly is taking care of, being helpful to them when they are unable.
