What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I have not only cared for Seniors, Some of my jobs was caring for Babies, Children with disabilities and needed a caregiver I enjoy the most most is giving my help and support and bring joy to my clients, letting them know that I am there for them. With previous experience working at a nursing home I'm a kind, soft spoken individual that believes in the importance of senior care. Working with the elderly population has been very rewarding. I've laughed with my residents, I've cried, and I've sat with some towards the end of their lives. Talking with them and comforting them as they enter their final stages life. It's not an easy task, however, extremely detrimental for the comfort and peace of mind of the individual. I strive to be an essential and compassionate companion for each individual.
