I give quality care to my clients. I'm always on time, never late. Very reliable. Been a CNA for 26 yrs. Because we all belong to God, and he wanted me to take care of his people. I like being a caregiver because i'm helping others that need help that can't help themselves much anymore, and they need someone there to assist them with the things they can't do anymore like they used to. My personal acievement that i'm proud of is that i've been a CNA for 26 yrs helping others for a long time now. I'm very proud of that accomplishment.

I treat my clients with respect and encouragement. I encourage them to do what they can on their own and what they can't do or don't feel comfortable with I assist. I treat my clients like they are my own family because they are someone's loved ones and deserve to be treated with respect. I became a caregiver over four years ago because someone I was very close to needed a caregiver and was being mistreated by some of his caregivers he had so to stop him from being mistreated I took over their time to make sure he was being properly taken care of. The thing I enjoy most is bonding with each of my clients and hearing their stories.

Hello, my name is Kimberly Aristy. I am a caregiver at Country Meadows Retirement Home. I started out in dining and moved my way over to personal care. It was one of the best decisions in my life because I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I am currently in school for nursing at HACC. I would like to provide all my care, love, experience, and knowledge into helping elders for as long as possible. Each person comes with their own stories of how they grew up in times much more different than the current millennium. Being able to help someone who treats you like family is a beautiful blessing. I have been a caregiver for almost a year and I have learned a lot from the residents. Being able to care for at least 50 or more residents with each of them being unique and wanting different forms of help and attention definitely helps me take care of other people or elders within the same manner.
