I'm a very compassionate caring person I'm been doing homecare for 35 years ot has always been my passion to help others in need because I feel I might be that someone someday, I've always gone over and beyond for my clients it's the little things that's done for a client that means so much something as simple as cleaning their glasses for them etc...I'm walking in my moms footsteps she taught me how to be not only a caregiver but be the best caregiver you can be someone is watching and I've always stood by what I was taught. December of 2015, Alzheimer's disease took my great-grandmother away from me. She was my best friend and taught me how to be hers. I provided care, prepared meals, and assisted her, as well as other elders ,with the activities of daily living. What I love most about the opportunity is the knowledge that the elderly love to share about their life and experience. The love and appreciation received from them is special as well, they always seem so grateful to have someone loveable around.
