I feel that I have a warm and loving personality and treat and care each client as I would hope a caregiver would be with my own family member. What attracts me to being a caregiver, is not only the fact I enjoy helping others, but alot of families have loved ones that need care, but also need to hold down a full time job and need help caring for a loved one, I love being able to give them a peace of mind that I can and will give their loved ones the best care possible. My own personal achievement is, I took care of my mom from 1999 till her passing in 2013. There were many challenges along the way, but with patience and God, I was able to provide the best care possible till the end.

I am a 30 year old mother of three children who loves to assist in the caregiving of other people of any age. I have personally provided care to multiple family members for extended periods of time, including assistance with hospice care. I feel that caring for others appropriately and sincerely can help improve their quality of life while receiving assistance.

I love being a caregiver, because my positive and joyous attitude can make a difference in someone's day. I do not shy away from difficult situations, always humble enough to ask questions to improve someone's situation. Besides the "regular" tasks of being a great home health aid, I like to do fun things such as crafts, puzzles, baking with the client. It's all about adapting the routine, to an individuals specific need.

I became a caregiver because i have always like being able to help others when i can, especially those who cannot do much for themselves anymore. I love being able to give someone an ear to talk to when they are feeling lonely and to hear all the stories they want to tell. I have always been a helper since i was a little kid and I have loved being able to do just that as an adult.

When I became a caregiver I fell in love with my patients I have been doing this for 30 plus years I have been at the same job every since I started I have worked morning evenings and nights which I'm doing now I look at my patients as my grand parents with love and understanding I don't look at them as a paycheck its all love I wouldn't be still doing the care if I did

I have been a care giver and housekeeper for 15 yrs I have taken care of family members with mental illnesses depression n dementia. I also have cared for older male individuals after a stroke and also a younger lady with small children who has has MS an EDS.... I also am a mom to 4 kids 2 who are autistic n have many issues each day, so caring comes natural to me. I am an old soul in a young body, I like gardening, reading books, cooking, crafts and enjoy just living each day. I am not much for television but enjoy good movies. I also like all kinds of music. I am very bubbly n happy almost all the time I also am organized and a very patient person. I also have been a Nursing Assistant as a teenager working un Nursing Home Setting so am familiar with transporting lifting and juat normal over all cares. I have a newer 2019 Marrano and it is dependable if clients need transportation. I am looking for 30 pluss hours to work in daytime hours. What makes a great caregiver, someone that truly cares about the person an family they work for. An to put their needs first, an to take care of them an to make sure family knows what is going on with loved ones. I think my main thing I am most proud of was that I could take care of my Mother until her passing. That is why I chose to get into this type of work, to be there for others.

I'm a very good companion, I enjoy taking caring of my clients and I always come to work with a positive and good mood. I was attracted to being a caregiver because my mom was disabled and I took the absolute best care of her, so I know how it feels when family's need help. I enjoy getting to know my clients and building a bond with them and making sure they know I'm going to do my best at caring for them. Achieving certain goals that I've worked so hard for.
