I am a caregiver who absolutely loves n enjoys providing compassionate care to those I am caring for. I believe caregiving is the most rewarding field of work and is to be done in the most loving manner.

I am very knowledgeable in the caring field. I am dependable & trustworthy. I don't have children so I put all of my heart and time into those who need me. I feel like God has blessed me with the skills and ability to have a caring heart. I strive to make your loved ones journey as safe & productive as possible. I love nurturing . One of my favorite experiences being a caregiver are the families that I meet and become close with. They become family to me too. I took care of my husband who passed after 19 years of cancer, my grandparents , who both suffered from Alzheimer's. Spent numerous years working in a rest home & for private clients in their home. Here I've learned many skills for many areas where disease affects family. If you choose me to be a part of your care team I'm confident I can complete any task asked of me. Please remember there's no task that is too big or too small, together we can get through it all.

I've been a caregiver for more than 30 years. I care about people and I feel like God has given me a gift. I love to talk so I pretty much can get a patient to try must things that a family member can't get them to to to. I love to read and interact with them if it's just a game cards.

I am a great caregiver because I'm very outgoing, have a loving and caring personality, compassionate about being a caregiver. I have been a caregiver for six years and cared for many individuals. The thing that attracted me to being a caregiver is that I love helping people. The thing I enjoy most is getting to know the individual and building a bond while helping them with there needs. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is when my grandma was diagnosed with dementia. I always heard about how things may happen / occur but actually dealing with this on a daily was something that was very hard. I was able to overcome all my fears especially dealing with a love one.

I am a loving caring Person I have always wanted to work with elderly residents and show them love and care . I would always look in the newspaper and see that CNA is always needed so I took the time and patients and signed up for the class. I am proud to say I love what I do and what I can do for the residents..

I love being a caregiver

I am capable of being a great care giver because I am attentive and not judgemental. I became a caregiver by accident, my mother lost her memory with little warning, (she was handing her own affairs well and within a few days she was incapable of managing her own affairs), and soon after lost her ability to walk, at the time I was unemployed and so became a caregiver. In spite of not having given this line of work any previous consideration. Becoming a caregiver for people outside my family acquainted me with how other people lived. My interest has always been people and spending a considerable amount of time in homes, allows me insights that other jobs don't give. Growing up I always enjoyed my grandmother recalling the life experiences that made her the type of person she was. I take pride in being a unique individual and not being just like everyone else. I am not just a member of a collective.

I LOVE WORKING AS A CAREGIVER I LOVE THE INDIVIDUALS I SERVE. I DO THE BEST POSSIBLE TO HELP THE INDIVIDUALS GET BETTER ON WHAT GOING ON. I LOOK FOR PROGRESS IN ALL MY INDIVIDUALS THAT I WORK WITH . SO WHAT EVER NEED THE INDIVIDUALS NEED IM HERE TO PUSH FARTHER TO MAKING IT HAPPEN. WITH NO PROBLEM. I ENJOY THE MOST OF ABLE TO WORK AND GET THE JOB DONE NOTHING ATTRACTED ME WHEN IM AT WORK.

I would be a great caregiver due to having to take care of my Grandma since I was pretty young. She suffered from depression, dementia, then Alzheimer's. She needed a lot of care. I also love people and helping others. My Grandma Giving someone companionship and helping them. The feeling they get when they see that someone cares about them. After caring for my fiance's bed bound Uncle for 2 years back in 2013, I found myself going to night school to get into the Medical Field, so I could do more for patients like him. The entire time I was putting myself through night school, I took care of a few other disabled elderly neighbors. While working at NCMC hospital, and then a Gastroenterologist office, I did not feel I was where God wanted me. After speaking with the doctor I was working for and his wife, they pointed me in a direction to help hospice clients. I finally felt I was where God wanted me. In December of 2019, after my sister passed away from cancer, my Mom called and asked me to come home. She said she needed me to help her during her surgeries. I didn't hesitate. I sold my house and moved up here to Fayetteville to help my brother with my Mom. 6 months later she passed and I found myself right back in Home Health Care. I have always gone where I was needed and wanted. The appreciation the clients show me, just from the way their eyes smile at me, that pulls me right back to where I feel I belong. My apologies for not being available on the weekends. I was blessed with becoming a grandmother, shortly after my mom passed, so my weekends are pretty much taken up by my precious Grandson. Monday - Friday, if I am open, I would love to step in and help. Remember, no matter where you are in this walk of life, God has a plan for each and everyone of us.
