What I believe that makes me a good caregiver is the fact that I truly believe that whatever we do in life, it will come back to us, therefore if I treat someone with love, kindness, and respect, I will receive the same when it is my turn to receive the same care. My background primarily is in mental health, to include Dementia and Alzheimer's. I am experienced in all activities of daily living and can operate lifts, slings, and wheelchairs. My hobbies include arts and crafts, puzzles, cooking and baking. I have a soft spot for all animals. I am driven and passionate about helping others and look forward to helping those in need.

I have a personal experience with my own family, my mother suffer schizophrenia and Alzheimer's I took care of her until God took her to heaven in 2018 just after that my dad suffer a paralysis due to a stroke and I took care of him until he pass in 2019. What attract me to be a caregiver is to be able to give others the same love, understanding and care that I was able to give my own parents. My personal achievement that I am proud of is be able to help others and at the same time be there for my family.

Caring for people is not a job it's a ministry. I feel that God has called me to this ministry to help people that cannot help them selves . I treat my clients how I would want my parents treated.

Great listener will sit and listen to anything and everything. Having patients and understanding. Helping to redirect a person to think positive. Finding things that make them happy. When I was younger. When family members would get sick. I would always be the first to figure out what I could do to help and attending to them. As if I was a nurse. It always made me feel good. That I'm helping someone. Making other people happy. My personal achievement would be doing what I love doing. Helping people. Doing everything I would have done if I was younger.

I'm Luis went to school for my EMT basic. Currently working in a clinic as a manager. Just looking to pick up a client to assist with ADL's. Was previously working in the emergency room much medical experience and knowledge. BLS certified.

I want to be able to join a company that will allow me to improve my skills, expand my experience, and allow me to broaden my knowledge; to maintain a full-time position where my experience can be utilized to improve the establishment while providing a professional working environment but also be able to provide care and love to those who need or require our assistance in their everyday lives. I may have just started my journey in the medical field but I know that with my personality and love for others that I can give the best care for those in need while providing the standards required for the job.
