My personality traits would be that I'm strong willed, compassionate, listen to instruction, clean and organized. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver would have been my grandfather. He raised me and when he got sick I helped with his care. I enjoy knowing I can help someone. My personal achievement would be finishing school and helping others.

I have been a CNA for 30 +years. Ten or more of those years as a Caregiver, also. I have experience in long-term and short-term care. I have training in home health, hospice, palliative care, private sitter, and companion care. I work as a attendant now with At Home Healthcare, United Healthcare and a Diamond Professional Caregiver with CareLinx. I've taken the academy classes with CareLinx so I could refresh my skills. I have passed my background screening and I am CPR certified, too. I enjoy working with seniors because some of them have lived some adventurous lives. My greatest achievement is making a difference in their lives and they tell you so. When your day is over you know you have done your best. You can look up and smile.

I always wanted to help people, I use to take care of my grandma when she was sick and couldn't do anything for herself. It's a rewarding job to be able help people.

So I decided to contesting others but helping. I'm easy to get alone with I do my best to put a smile on everyone face especially when your down. I care I love I understand. I am a very loving, outgoing, positive person! I decided I wanted to be a caregiver when I started helping take care of my grandpa and going to work with my mom as a child. Being around the elderly helping them and making them feel good made me the happiest person! What I enjoy the most!? I could go on!
