My favorite thing about being a CNA is taking care of my patients in a very vulnerable and uncomfortable time in their lives along with being that trusted person to care for them. One thing in particular that I am most proud of was when I worked with a non verbal 35 year old women with the mentality of a 2 year old I was able to teach her to say more than one word she is now able to say Hi, bye, i love you, and a few more. She was able to communicate using more than one word for the first time in her life.
