I have 5 years experience working with the senior citizens population. I first took interest in memory care. It's so many things to learn about dementia and we are all still discovering new things. I've always had a passion to help/care for others from a very young age. I'm currently C.B.R.F certified. I have My First Aid/Fire Saftey, Standard Procedure & Precautions, Medication Administration, CPR/AED, & I'm a Certified Phlebotomy Technician. In the future I want to continue helping and caring for people. I hope to one day obtain my degree in nursing.

My personality traits are I'm caring , I always have a smile .I'm very reliable and responsible. My expertise of being a caregiver is communication,support and care. Starting off being a caregiver/pcw for my grandparents who are now deceased is what attracted me to being a caregiver. I enjoy my patients/residents the most being able to meet new and help new people everyday is loving to me , it's a purpose for me . My mother had dementia and I had to learn the cares for that. On top of having a client with no mobility. Knowing I can help people stay in the comfort of their homes and feel the freedom of coming and going. The fact that I meet new people and their families and connect just because I choose help with their loved ones care. I actually am going back to school to receive my diploma.

I'm very trustworthy, honest and kind person. I became a caregiver because my grandmother suffer health issues that couldn't not be met in a traditional senior living facility so I took several class to learn all the cares she needed at the time. However one thing that I enjoy the most as a caregiver is smiles and laughter from a patient that's comfortable with the way I care for them. One thing that I person achievement that I'm proud of is giving back to others that needs help.

I'm Justyce And I'm currently looking for employment. I have 4 years in home health care, from being a server to retail associate to home heath care. Everything I do I do it with love and compassion. I have a good personality I am CBRF certified which means I am certified in passing medication I am also CNA Certified for 20 years I also have Day Care liscense I have worked in a nursing home for 15years I have worked and managed group home for three years I have alot of experience I enjoy taking care of the elderly I love to make them still feel wanted.

I became a caregiver as a young child. Helping my cousin, Brian, who had Downs Syndrome, overcome fears and succeed made me deeply happy. I worked my way through college as a live-in caregiver, and relived the joy I had as a young girl helping Brian love life. If I had to give one reason that sets me apart as a caregiver, it is this -- love making others feel safe, content, happy, and challenged. By that, I mean motivated to overcome problems and feel hopeful once again. Overall, I have been caregiving for 15+ years (except for the 20 years I taught school), and I give God the credit for placing the love and compassion in my heart for those who are suffering. I take on full responsibility for my clients. I schedule all appointments, grocery shopping, memory care programs. I have experience with mechanical lifts, cooking, sorting and passing medications. I worked closely with very prestigious families in the community. This is my passion and I take pride in the care I provide! I'm very flexible with my schedule.
