Hello I'm Carelle and I'd be delighted to work with you. I love helping people and give them a sense of dignity. My passion and love for care giving came from my uncle. He had an accident and was tetraplegic. He couldn't do the simplest task he used to do like brushing his teeth or grooming his beard or even eat. It was really difficult for him in the beginning and we had to step in and help him adjust through the new phase of his life. Through adequate care, listening to him and making sure he felt loved, valued and worthy despite his situation, we created an environment in which he could still feel he mattered. And for that I'm proud. And these are the same values that I apply when I work.

The reason I love caregiving so much because I was inspired by grandparents before they passed and took care of them and realized they didn't get much company and I wanted to be soemoje they trusted and relied to be there for their needs and emotionally support

I am a very organized and time oriented person. I care about my work and love what I do. It always been in my heart to help people especially the elderly. I love talking to the people I care for and hearing their stories and what they were like as teenagers. I believe my great work ethic and big heart makes me the perfect caregiver. I want to work as a caregiver for the elderly because I feel since they raised us and took care of us, we need to repay the favor when they are no longer able to do for themselves.

I am a very caring person and always looking for ways to help others. I am currently in college studying psychology and would like to become a psychiatrist. I'm a patient and understanding person. I can go out of my way to help someone or make one be at easy and comfortable, I keep time and love communication. I feel after people's needs and when ever I can, my hand is not too short to help. I love to see a smile on someone's face and give them hope regardless of what they are going through. Personal achievement was helping a young lady who had given birth with some complications. I shopped for her food and helped her through her healing process

I'm very much a people person & highly empathetic. I knew I wanted to be a caretaker/Nurse since high school working as a volunteer in local hospital. I come from a family of caretakers so it's in my genetics. I've done many aspects of caregiving from rooming patients in local clinic to skilled unit in nursing facility & Alzheimer's unit. I love geriatric care due to the respect I have for the elderly. They've earned it for surviving through hardships I've only read about & learned in history class, which brings me to the fact that they have the best stories to tell if able to. I take pride in my care & the bigger the challenge it is with not so happy clients/patients I manage to get them to open up a bit & do my best to turn there frown upside down raising there spirits up. I welcome new challenges & learning about something new especially if it helps my care towards my patient. Dementia/Alzheimer's care is my specialty.
