Hi my name is Krystal Hill I'm from Ashdown Ar I've been a CNA for a little over a year now. I worked in a Nursing and Rehabilitation for most of that time. It was a very fast paced and rewarding job that I loved, but needed a more flexible work schedule to spend more time with my family and experience new opportunities and meet new people. I'm a very compassionate, patient, respectful CNA and I will go above and beyond to make you and your loved ones happy and make sure they're safe healthy and very well taken care of! I worked on the dementia and alteimers unit as well as the Covid unit so I am aware and practiced with all the extra safety precautions. I have always loved helping people and always had a soft spot for the elderly and people with special needs it helps give me a sense of purpose and always very rewarding! I'm so excited for this new journey I'm on and can't wait to get started!!

I was raised by my grandmother who was disabled and started help her when I was young. From that upbringing I found my happiness helping take care of people. I took my first care at home job at 15. I LOST MY MOM IN 2019 DUE TO A HEART ATTACK AND MY GRANDMOTHER IN 2019 DUE TO Alzheimer's DISEASE. I FELT BETRAYED AND THOUGHT WHY ME, BUT TODAY I FEEL LIKE IT PUSHED ME TO BE MORE UNDERSTANDING AND TO HELP THE FAMILIES THAT ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING IN LIFE, BECAUSE ITS ONE OF THE HARDEST THINGS TO WATCH YOUR LOVED ONE GO THROUGH WITHOUT SUPPORT OR SOMEONE THEY CAN TRUST TO CARE FOR THERE LOVED ONES LIKE THERE OWN, SO I PERSONALLY UNDERSTAND AND WANNA HELP AND TAKE CARE OF SOME OF THE HEAVY RESPONSIBILITIES THAT ARE NEW AND HARD TO COPE WITH. TO MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE THEY ARE NOT ALONE AND CAN TRUST IN THE PERSON TAKING CARE OF THERE LOVED ONES HEALTH AND HOME.

I am Heather White. I recently located to Arkansas from Wisconsin. I have worked in the Caregiving field for approximately 3 1/2 years. I have worked in assisting living in a nursing home setting, in Behavioral Health facilities, as well as facility for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and in a in home Caregiving setting as well. I am a very kind, honest, understanding, caring, detailed and organized person. I have always been very compassionate about helping others and helping them achieve their goals, hopes or whatever they want to pursue in life. As a caregiver, my most cherished moments are when I get to see clients smile and truly be happy. I value hard work and strive to do my very best everyday. Honestly when I first started working in Caregiving, I had no idea what it entailed, I applied for a job to support my family. After I was offered a job and started working, I became very fond of the profession. Three and a half years later, I still want to work in the Caregiving field and further pursue a career in the area as well.

I had to drive fours hours away each day for four weeks to attend CNA class because in Arkansas you have to be 18 years old to attend most schools. I am currently in college still, but I go online so I am available to work anytime. I would prefer to sit with a client for more than a day at a time but I am open to all inquires.
