I have been a CNA since 1995 and worked in nursing homes for 6 years. I worked for Banner Hospital for 13 years in the med-surg /oncology unit. I have been working for kindly care for 2 years and previously worked for synergy for 1 year. I enjoy working one on one with clients in their home. I would like to keep working as Caregiver because I genuinely enjoy caring for people. I can help others to recover and stay in their homes as long as possible.

I have a natural easygoing rapport with most elders. I know it isn't easy getting older. Not every day is a good day and I know when to step back and allow for a little more peace and quiet. The last long term person I was honored to care for was 94 years old. I was with him for 7 years. I managed all of his personal care, medications, doctor's appointments, transportation needs. I managed all household needs such as grocery shopping and household maintenance. The last 6 months he was bedridden. I took care of all his advanced care needs. In the last year leading up to his passing, I managed a 24 hour care team. When I care for a loved one, whether a younger or a bit older senior, I want them to trust in my care and to have a peace of mind. As a caregiver, I provide that.
