Caregiving has been my job for over five years now and I stayed on this kind of job because I love caring elderly persons. I treat my patients with extra loving care as if my own family member.

My name is Kenneth . I have over 8 years of experience as a caregiver in both residental homes and senior home facilities . When I was applying for different kind of jobs (manufacturing, warehouse) where I had more than 15 years experience, I was offer a position as caregiver of a lovely 90 years old lady, we got along since the first moment and became her part time cg. I found out that I have that special touch so much needed when working with elderly. I treat them with respect. I know it must not be easy losing your independence and if at home, seeing "strangers" coming into your house and practically take control over your stuf. That's why I like asking them (when posible) how they like things being done in their house.
