I became a caregiver because I like working with the elderly. I learn a lot just by listen to them talking about their lives. My achievement would be owning my own home. I started out taking a class on medical billing. I later went to Concord to get a medical assistant degree. I then took a class on phlebotomy. After all that I decided I wanted to be a nurse.

Very strong, patient, happy person, I truly love what I do. Becoming a caregiver/nurse gave me the opportunity to make a difference in someone else's life, that is such a gift itself. I'm a living kind hearted person I treat all my patients like family. And with respect I'm also funny ,fun and full of life. What attracted me to caregiving is my grandmother she's older I take care of her. That's been a passion of mines since I was in high school. One thing I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is the giving part being able to help in anyway I can and making sure they're happy and satisfied with my services. One achievement I'm proud of is how long I been in this field without giving up I been working in this field since I was 15 I'm 22 today an it gets better an better every year.

I grew up in medical family, I trained in US Air Force as an Emergency Medical Tech, became a CNA with nursing career path. I have worked in acute hospitals and have also provided nursing care and maintained private duty nursing and psych patients for over 10 years successfully. I am passionate about making sure all patients receive excellent quality and loving care. Caring for others and patient care is my life . I have had adult, geriatric, children, and hospice experience. I have been registered with FBI as a medical professional to work with children, youth and adults in AZ and CA. I wanted to be a nurse from time I was 8 yrs old and soon as I finished high school went into medical profession and feel I have a positive and compassionate personality . I love caring for others especially dementia/Alzheimer's as my grandfather was such a person 40 years ago. What i like the most about caregiving is the ability to treat those as I would want myself to be treated in time of need. I find that with compassion, good listening skills and trying to understand and empathize with my clients not only does my client feel loved but learn that they can work towards a goal, increase their independance or have one that will help meet my clients needs . I find it extremely rewarding personally and always find new friends and family along this path.

I come from a long line of caregivers, taking care of others is what I do best. I am not new to this field I have done training for a very long time.I have empathy for others, an can always put myself in someone else's shoes, so I never pre judge others or fail to show how much I care.
